Safety at PINTER
PINTER is committed to Safety Excellence..
At PINTER & Associates Ltd. we take safety seriously and as such have taken a proactive approach to safety in the work place. PINTER as an employer, values the health and safety of its employees. We are committed to protecting and promote employee health and safety and take every precaution, reasonable in the circumstances, to ensure that workplaces are safe and healthy for employees and clients, and the public as they may encounter PINTER work sites. Our goal as a consultant is to complete all of our projects with zero harm to humans and the environment.
PINTER believes that each employee has the right and responsibility to take safety into their own hands and to contribute to continually improving safety in the workplace. PINTER has an internal safety manager and Occupational Health Committee that work together to regularly improve and build on our safety policies, practices and health and safety program. We provide ongoing training to our employees and have established policies and procedures to identify, assess, control and mitigate hazards. When near misses, incidents or accidents occur, we communicate the lessons learned to help prevent reoccurrence and to improve the overall safety for our employees and at our worksites.
PINTER is Certificate of Recognition (COR) certified and maintains ISNetworld compliance. We perform audits on our internal safety program on a yearly basis and are constantly adding to and improving our safe work practices and procedures. We also support WorkSafe Saskatchewan’s “Mission: Zero” and work to put Safety first in all of our professional and personal endeavours.
